The world could use a few more John Pentons.

Quick story I heard a while back about Penton.
John used to make "Hi Point" motorcycle trailers. Business got to the point where a manager was hired to basically run the office and just sell. One of the come-on's were if you bought 2 trailers, John would
personally sign both. A big deal to some, myself included. What they failed to tell you
was John hated the office so much he delivered most of the trailers himself, and all you had to do
was ask him, and he'd sign the trailer and just about anything else hahaha......

I met a guy at VMD who restores Penton's and they are total jewels. If ever was a person not in the Penton family that knows those neat bikes, it was him. I just cant remember his name. One of his big customers is Rick Smits of the Pacers. Anyway he had some wonderful bikes on display there.

Not to beat a dead horse, but look what went across the monitor this morning.

For a dead company, they have something going on.

The crate, the countdown, one wonders.......................

Thanx Mr. 'Shines,

Sure seems to me that the European motorcycle industry is steppping up and offering some great alternatives in the market place lately.

i = injection, yes, I saw that to be the case somewhere.

of course it's the internet so everything is possible and untrue until proven otherwise.

Ossa is verified as an exhibitor, booth G13 at Milan:
