Default Betrad.com

Okay, now I have a problem loading CW pages.......

I get this "waiting for betrad.com" message. The page doesn't load. I have to click the "reload" button every time after getting the "waiting for betrad.com" message in order to load a page/link.

There's some thing rotten in Denmark......and it's drifted into the CW web site.

Every time one clicks a new page, an average of 63 people or businesses latch on to your computer to track you.

Every time you click a new page various computers load the page, from various sources, with the ads
and cookies that spy on you.

Why the powers that be allow this while tapping a phone is illegal
is beyond me. They say it's to help you, but it's just another way for them to glean info to sell to anyone with a check.

Lazy whores in my opinion.

It looks like this one , a "Cloud Computer", is there to store info at different sites. Maybe CW knows and has hired these guys, maybe not.

Their computers are probably overworked, someone has to tweak their spyware or something.
Hard to tell, try and pull them up and they hide behind "Evcion" or something, like the slugs they are.

One wonders, how did the internet survive but 10 years ago without these aholes.

Wow, interesting info Moto.........and would be interesting to know if CW are in cahoots, or just "innocent bystanders".

I notice that I haven't had a response from anyone at CW yet.

Are any other forum members experiencing this annoying "bug"?

Moto, is there anyway I can get rid of this pest at my end?

I have deleted all cookies, etc. It seems to work for 10 seconds, then old betrad shows up again, forcing me to have to hit the reload button every time I want to load a page.

It only happens on the CW site.

You can try Private Browsing or InPrivate Browsing or whatever the equivalent is on your brand of browser. That is supposed to prevent tracking stuff from latching on and slowing you down.

Right now I'm not having a problem accessing the pages, but I am getting an annoying error message at the top of my browser window once I've navigated into a thread. It starts with, "Deprecated: Assigning the return value of new by reference is deprecated in /mnt/EMC/Web3_Cluster/forums.cycleworld.com/includes/init.php on line 49 ..."

Not sure if the two issues are related, but ... ???
