Is it just me, or is your headlight "inside" the fairing which is causing this problem?

If that's the case, you might look into possibly moving the headlight out further to match the fairing, since you said there is no adjustment on the fairing.

Airflow thru the fairing over the light shouldn't be an issue, so you could do numerous things if the fairing and light just don't want to line up correctly. BUT, if I spent the money to put a fairing on my bike, and it didn't line up with my headlight after trying every adjustment I could, I'ld send it back.

If you could, post some side view pictures of the headlight-fairing alignment, and pictures of the mount brackets for the fairing and headlight.
