I got a bunch of those too. <BR>
<BR>
Nifty little bikes. You can put them together as either dirt bikes or cafe racers.<BR>

<BR>
BSA B-series Unit construction, or possibly Triumph T25. I think they were pretty much all the same in general appearance.<BR>

This here's what I was able to cobble up out of my pile of old B44 and B25 bits.<br><br><br><br>(I know, you've seen it before, but I gotta show it off every time these things come up in conversation around here)<br>http://forums.cycleworld.com/attachments/cycleworld/bikes_classic/30/1/441SSafter.jpg<br><br><br><br>hey guys, we gotta fix all our old picture uploads. That means you gotta learn how to do "img" tags in html.<br>Another uh-oh about this new software! I think they shoulda just gone with one of the more popular products.<p>Message Edited by carlo on <span class="date_text">01-10-2007</span><span class="time_text">07:22 PM</span></p>

Maybe that stuff could be used to build a leaf blower.

<div>carlo- yes, nice machine you made up. i keep buying bsa singles, and never doing anything with them. the one i would have built was to have the aluminum and yellow B44 tank. i was going to use the frame with the skidplate and the bottom end with the SS designation stamped onto it ID nos.</div><div> </div><div>i just dont have the time or the room to get to them, so off the go to NC this weekend.</div><div> </div><div>hackA- never thought of trying to do that, but these frames when stripped are nice and light. i dont have any bsa A50's, but since they are the same short block as A65, may as well go with the 650.</div><div> </div><div>i should keep one of these frames? i do have spare 650 motors. nahhhhh! i will be dead before i coulod build all these rusters i got. off they go. a repeat customer i may add. lol!</div><div> </div><div> </div>

I think the engine with VS stamped on it is the "tuned" model. That's the Victor Special. Your "SS" engine is from a Shooting Star, same as mine.<br><br>I once thought about building a vintage racer out of one of my spare frames with a Triumph Daytona engine in it. I don't think it would have been a difficult conversion to make.
